Caballero Verde S. de R.L., Panama-based investment company, has announced the completion of the purchase of all outstanding equity shares of Latin American Regional Aviation Holdings S.A. (LARAH), the company said.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Purchased through a series of transactions over the last nine months, investors who had capitalized LARAH and the Uruguayan Airline Pluna S.A. in 2007 and 2010 have sold all their shares to Caballero.
