P’ng’s promotion is significant, given his 11-year history with the firm where he served as commercial director and chief commercial officer. Such experience is poised to be instrumental in driving the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Chief Executive Steve Elliott emphasized this leadership transition as not just a reorganisation but a step towards achieving a substantial £275 million turnover by 2025. He noted, “Kevin has all of the skills and experience honed over the past 11 years to drive the business forward alongside joint managing director Peter Nagle.”
The company’s recent financial records reveal a 2023 turnover of £200.1 million, slightly down from the previous year’s £216.3 million. However, pre-tax profits rose to £2.7 million from £1.8 million, indicating a successful management of resources.
