The motivation behind this deployment was articulated by Carol Aldridge, Head of Knowledge Management at Burges Salmon, who noted that the firm’s focus was on improving user support by effectively structuring and organising knowledge resources. She pointed out that the pandemic prompted a reevaluation of how tacit knowledge could be better supported, driving the project’s development.
Jack Shepherd, Principal Business Consultant at iManage, expounded on the critical role of content organisation in the success of the project.
