Blue Bay Travel has unveiled plans to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its top-performing agents with a luxurious reward trip. This announcement was made during the second annual conference at Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort and Spa in Majorca, where the consultancy honoured this year’s top agents with prestigious awards.
This reward scheme is designed to acknowledge agents who have sold more than £1 million worth of holidays annually. Group manager Abbie Heaton confirmed that the initiative aims to thank these achievers rather than offer familiarisation trips. The event demonstrates the remarkable success within the organisation, showing a doubling in the number of high-earning agents compared to the previous year.
Participation in this trip is a testament to the exceptional sales figures achieved by agents, with 12 consultants already surpassing the £1 million sales mark this year, up from six the previous year. Moreover, it is projected that 15 agents will hit this target before the year’s end, underscoring the lucrative possibilities in this market.
Awards recognising these sales achievements were presented, with Lynne Walton receiving the top seller award for her formidable £1.8 million sales through self-sourced leads. Meanwhile, David Coulter was commended for generating the highest sales through Blue Bay Travel leads, amounting to over £1.5 million.
Additional accolades included the ‘PTC Angel’ award to Kerry Jones for her supportive role within the consultancy and the ‘Special Recognition’ award to Nicola Szymanowski for her significant improvement in sales. Sam Davis was recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ for consistent sales growth since joining earlier this year.
These initiatives not only recognise outstanding sales achievements but also strengthen the community and competitiveness within the Blue Bay Travel network.
