Following the departure of Barbara Muckermann, who held the position for 16 productive months, Hernandez steps in to continue the forward momentum. In his previous capacity, Hernandez was instrumental as the senior vice-president, international, at Royal Caribbean Group, where he accumulated 20 years of strategic expertise, including a pivotal role as chief operations officer at Azamara.
