Jayne Lambert, who previously held the position of Business Development Manager at AmaWaterways, is set to embark on a fresh career path as she steps into a new role on 12 March. During her 18-month tenure at the river cruise operator, Lambert contributed significantly to the growth and development of trade partnerships, demonstrating a remarkable ability to foster relationships within the industry.
Lambert’s journey in the travel sector commenced over a decade ago in 2011, when she worked with Kuoni as an area sales manager and store manager. Her extensive experience laid a solid foundation for her subsequent roles, including her tenure as regional sales manager for G Adventures, prior to joining AmaWaterways in November 2022.
Reflecting on her time at AmaWaterways, Lambert described the brand as ‘a fantastic brand, with a great product offering,’ highlighting her privilege of collaborating with highly talented individuals within the travel industry. Her contributions were instrumental in supporting valued trade partners, enhancing their capabilities to grow within the luxury river cruise market, a sector she is passionate about.
