Insull, who embarked on her apprenticeship journey with Hays Travel in the summer of 2022, successfully completed her training earlier this year in April. Her achievements were celebrated at a ceremony held at The City Rooms in Leicester on the 9th of October. Her success is set to continue as she advances to the national ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London scheduled for the 27th of November.
