Board of directors of AerCap Holdings N.V. has announced the approval of a new share repurchase program authorizing total repurchases of up to USD 250 million of AerCap ordinary shares through June 30, 2020, the company said.
Repurchases under the program may be made through open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions in accordance with applicable US federal securities laws.
AerCap is an aircraft leasing company with 1,334 aircraft owned, managed or on order and USD 43.7 billion of total assets as of December 31, 2019. AerCap has one of the most attractive order books in the industry. AerCap serves approximately 200 customers in approximately 80 countries with comprehensive fleet solutions.
