Actuate Corp. (NASDAQ: BIRT) said it has named Elcom International and Phototype as winners of the 2013 Actuate Excellence Awards at the Actuate Customer Day in New York City, for their innovative implementations of BIRT to access real-time data and deliver personalized insights to end-users.
Elcom enables interactive electronic commerce by developing and licensing proprietary software systems to its clients, primarily within the healthcare, government and education sectors.
