DOT requests additional information on alliance between American Air, Quantas




The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking additional details on the proposed alliance and joint-business agreement between American Airlines and Qantas, the company said.

The DOT said it has reviewed application for antitrust immunity and supporting documentation and said it needs additional information to evaluate the applicants´ claims that their joint business will deliver benefits claimed in the application.
