AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) said that Jason B. Secore has joined the company as treasurer, reporting to Michael J. Sharp, Chief Financial Officer.
As Treasurer, Secore will be responsible for leading the company´s treasury strategy, including global treasury operations, corporate finance and banking relationships, cash forecasting and investment management activities.
Prior to joining AAR, Secore served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Treasurer at Republic Airways Holdings, a regional airline with a combined fleet of 250 aircraft operating 1,300 flights daily for American Eagle, Delta Connection and United Express.
He has an undergraduate degree in International Studies from Northwestern University, a Master of Science, Agricultural and Resource Economics from University of California, Davis, and a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
