Board of directors of AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) has declared a USD 0.075 quarterly cash dividend, the company said.
The dividend will be payable on October 21, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 7, 2019. Future cash dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
AAR is a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company that employs more than 6,000 people in over 20 countries. Headquartered in the Chicago area, AAR supports commercial and government customers through two operating segments: Aviation Services and Expeditionary Services.
