AE Industrial Partners, LP (AEI) a Florida-based private equity firm, has announced it has acquired the distribution, supply chain and repair management business of Triman Industries, Inc., serving the military aftermarket, the company said.
Triman said AEI has knowledge, expertise and relationships throughout the aerospace and defense marketplace and will partner with Triman to continue to grow the business.
Triman is a provider of distribution, supply chain and repair management solutions to the military aftermarket. Triman partners with OEM suppliers and their military customers to form the critical link between the product and the end-user in the supply chain.
