InterBay has achieved a notable success with a £54.5 million refinancing project for two prominent office sites in London: Great Suffolk Yard and The Risborough. These locations collectively cover over 80,000 square feet and adhere to high ESG standards, evidenced by their BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings of ‘A’.
The refinancing process, which took only 14 weeks from initial enquiry to completion, was managed with a focus on delivering a 10-year interest-only solution. This expedience underscores InterBay’s efficiency in navigating complex financial transactions.
Mo Parmar, a specialist finance account manager at InterBay, took the initial enquiry on 8th July, and the swift completion of the case highlights the effective collaboration between sales, underwriting, and real estate teams.
