- Enhanced dining options include a Greek Deli and Pizza Oven, elevating the culinary journey.
- A substantial fleet upgrade with additional cabins expands capacity for upcoming voyages.
Celestyal has unveiled a new approach to its cruise experience, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction through comprehensive adjustments to fare structures and onboard amenities. The introduction of ‘Celestyal One’ represents a shift towards integrating multiple services such as the cruise fare, WiFi, an array of beverages, as well as covering port fees, taxes, and gratuities. This initiative aims to offer convenience and value, transforming the cruising experience for travelers.
With a focus on streamlining onboard purchases, Celestyal has introduced CelestyalPay, a pre-paid food and beverage wallet. This innovation replaces traditional beverage packages, allowing guests the flexibility to manage expenses for non-complimentary items. Travellers can choose to add charges during their cruise or preload the wallet before departure, benefiting from bonus credits. This approach is also advantageous for travel agents, as preload purchases are commissionable.
Celestyal is further elevating its dining options, introducing a Greek Deli and a Pizza Oven alongside the main restaurant Thalassa and buffet-style Taverna. These enhancements are part of a broader strategy to offer guests a rich culinary experience during their journey.
The cruise line’s commitment to improving its fleet is underscored by the upcoming refit of the Celestyal Discovery. This refit will introduce 47 new cabins, expanding the ship’s capacity to accommodate 1,300 guests. The new accommodation will feature a range of options including Grand Horizon Suites with expansive balconies and Junior Dream Suites, catering to varied guest preferences. These enhancements will be available from April 2025, with bookings opening in December 2024.
Celestyal’s strategic updates reflect its dedication to providing an elevated cruise experience through innovative offerings and thoughtful enhancements.
