Intrinsic Fire Protection, founded in 2016 in Harlow, Essex, has built a reputation for its passive fire design, installation, and maintenance services. Under the leadership of managing director Cliff Spruce and technical director Remy Chandler, they have served a diverse client base including housing associations, universities, and NHS trusts.
Under the new ownership, Intrinsic will continue its operations as Triangle’s passive fire division. The team will still be led by Cliff Spruce, ensuring consistency and continuity for its clients, offering services such as fire stopping, structural steel protection, and asset condition surveys.
The acquisition represents a strategic alignment for both companies. Managing director Cliff Spruce expressed satisfaction with the transition, highlighting the potential for growth and expanded opportunities for their clients and team. Triangle CEO Colin Chantler also emphasized the shared values and expertise between the two teams.
Triangle’s acquisition of Intrinsic is expected to provide an enriched service offering. By combining talents and expertise, Triangle aims to provide even greater value to their clients, continuing its commitment to industry-leading service levels.
This acquisition marks a promising expansion for both Triangle Fire Systems and Intrinsic Fire Protection, fostering enhanced fire safety solutions.
