Luxury travel provider, Elegant Resorts, has rolled out a comprehensive loyalty initiative designed to bolster engagement with travel agents through enticing rewards. The newly introduced two-tier scheme, labelled as the ‘Connoisseur’ programme, seeks to incentivise agents by offering a range of benefits tailored to encourage and recognise high booking values.
The programme is segmented into two distinct categories—Connoisseur Gold and Connoisseur Platinum. To qualify for the Gold level, agents must secure bookings reaching a minimum of £75,000 over the span of a year. Those aspiring to achieve the Platinum status are required to amass bookings totalling at least £150,000 annually.
Membership at these levels provides access to an array of privileges designed to enhance the travel experience for both agents and their clients. These include complimentary airport lounge passes and personalised concierge services. Additionally, members are also accorded invitations to exclusive events and familiarisation (fam) trips, offering a blend of personal and professional enrichment.
Sales director Tracy Docherty elaborated on the programme, expressing enthusiasm about its potential impact. ‘We are thrilled to launch our new loyalty programme and reward our best-selling agents,’ she stated, emphasising the company’s dedication to cultivating long-standing relationships within the travel trade.
Katie Daniels, the national account manager, reiterated the depth of commitment Elegant Resorts extends towards its trade partners.
