Celebrity Cruises recently hosted a group of nine travel agents aboard the Celebrity Apex, celebrating the ship’s remarkably successful first season operating out of Southampton. The agents earned their spots through a competition during cruise week, run in partnership with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
During their time aboard the Celebrity Apex, the agents were treated to exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, which included access to typically off-limits areas and exciting backstage meet and greets with members of the theatre cast and performers. This exclusive access aimed to provide the agents with a unique insight into the operations and entertainment on board, reinforcing the ship’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
The event also indulged the agents’ palates with exquisite dining experiences, notably at Raw on 5, a sushi restaurant that offered a distinctive Japanese culinary journey. Such engagements were specially curated to highlight the diverse and high-quality dining options available aboard the ship.
