David Richardson, a qualified solicitor with nearly two decades of experience, previously worked for a Newcastle-based personal injury firm. During his tenure, he honed his skills in handling complex cases, including those involving disputed liability and alleged fraud, as well as employer and public liability matters.
In 2016, Richardson transitioned into a role as an IT development manager within the same firm, subsequently taking on the position of compliance officer at the firm’s medical agency in 2018. Here, he was pivotal in managing various issues related to the Ministry of Justice guidelines, complaints, data protection, and overseeing the medical expert panel management. His comprehensive background in both legal practice and compliance positions him as a valuable asset to Rollits LLP.
At Rollits, Richardson’s responsibilities will extend across the firm’s offices in Hull and York.
