In addition to the exquisite dining, passengers can look forward to engaging cooking demonstrations and insightful Q&A sessions conducted by Outlaw. Held in the Royal Court Theatre, these events offer a unique chance for guests to interact with the chef and gain insights into his culinary philosophy and techniques. Outlaw’s participation enhances the immersive experience, allowing guests to appreciate the nuances of Mediterranean seafood cuisine.
This venture follows Cunard’s announcement of a collaboration with two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, who will be involved in Le Gavroche at Sea projects across selected Norwegian fjords voyages in 2025. Cunard President Katie McAlister expressed pride in the brand’s ability to curate extraordinary dining experiences, with Nathan Outlaw’s participation marking another significant milestone in their culinary offerings.
