Seabourn has taken a significant step in refining the culinary experiences offered to its guests by launching an updated in-suite dining menu. This initiative, which presents an extensive selection of elegantly crafted dishes, is set to premiere on Seabourn Venture from 18 June and will be accessible across the fleet by October. In collaboration with the renowned chef and culinary consultant Anton Egger and Seabourn’s senior corporate chef Franck Salein, the luxury cruise line is optimistic about enhancing guest satisfaction through these refined culinary offerings.
Seabourn’s new menu emphasises a variety of choices that cater to diverse palates, including enhanced vegetarian and vegan dishes that promise to be both lighter and fresher. Additionally, guests can anticipate classic dishes reimagined with a distinctive touch, such as crispy skin fresh Alaskan salmon fillet and thyme roasted jidori chicken breast.
