Tom Andrews, who previously served as a senior manager of commercial planning at Cunard, has been appointed the new UK and EMEA sales director for Seabourn. This role marks a pivotal change in the leadership structure at Seabourn, as Andrews replaces Wendy Lahmich, who announced her decision to leave the luxury cruise line and the broader travel industry earlier this year.
Andrews brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Carnival UK, including positions such as strategic partnerships business manager and commercial planning executive. He expressed excitement about joining Seabourn, stating, ”It’s been a pleasure working with such a prestigious brand, but I am excited to continue my journey at Carnival Corporation with Seabourn. I look forward to meeting with and re-engaging with all our travel agent partners in due course.”
Lynn Narraway, VP UK & EMEA for Seabourn, welcomed Andrews to the team with enthusiasm. Narraway noted Andrews’ extensive experience in sales, commercial planning, and revenue management at both Cunard and P&O. Such expertise is deemed crucial for his new leadership role at Seabourn, where he is expected to maintain and deepen the valuable relationships with the company’s travel partners.
As Andrews prepares to step into his role officially in midsummer 2024, both he and the Seabourn leadership team are focused on aligning their efforts with the company’s strategic objectives for the UK and the EMEA regions. This transition underscores Seabourn’s commitment to reinforcing its presence and enhancing its partnerships within these key markets.
Andrews’ new role at Seabourn sets the stage for strengthened partnerships and strategic growth.
