Lashuan Pryce, a chef known for cooking for several prominent Premier League footballers like Kalvin Phillips, Tyler Roberts, and Joe Willock, is extending his culinary expertise to the staff at Panache Cruises. This move sees Pryce providing a selection of free meals aimed at promoting health and wellbeing among employees.
The dishes prepared by Pryce, including cottage pie, honey glazed salmon, and jerk chicken, will be served to staff at Panache Cruises’ new office location in Chorley. This initiative is designed as a morale booster and is intended to foster a healthier work environment by offering nutritious meal options.
James Cole, the Founder and Chief Executive of Panache Cruises, has articulated the company’s dedication to employee welfare, stating, ‘Our team is our greatest asset so looking after them is top priority.’ This approach to employee satisfaction forms part of a broader strategic plan aimed at organisational development and growth.
In line with this initiative, Panache Cruises has outlined plans to significantly invest in future talent through apprenticeship programmes. The company intends to invest in over 100 apprenticeships by the end of the decade and aims to double its workforce in the next three years.
Currently, Panache Cruises has 11 apprentices engaged across various departments including marketing, finance, sales, and customer service. These apprentices benefit from a comprehensive training programme that boasts a 100 per cent success rate, ensuring that they are fully equipped to transition into full-time positions and potentially ascend to management roles within the company.
