Despite the advantageous outlook, executives globally are confronting the reality of talent shortages in their current markets, with a significant majority prepared to explore international avenues. The statistics reflect that four out of five executives find it challenging to source skilled personnel locally, pushing them towards global markets to fulfil their talent needs. Moreover, 80% of employees express a desire to work for globally oriented companies, reflecting a mutual interest in international employment.
