APT & Travelmarvel has enacted strategic leadership promotions following what it describes as ‘significant growth’ in its trade business forecast for 2024. This decision underscores the company’s proactive stance in adapting to market changes and seizing commercial opportunities.
Robin Griffiths, newly designated as the national partnerships manager, is entrusted with the responsibility of enhancing the brand’s trade engagement. APT reports a notable 65% boost in retail sales, supported by a 67% growth in homeworker sales since her association with the firm. In her new capacity, Baumbach will continue to nurture and expand these successes by managing the regional business development managers and advancing retail sales across these territories.
In her advanced role, starting from 2 September 2024, Baumbach will also oversee consortia account management and relationship enhancement, ensuring the alignment of quarterly sales targets with APT’s strategic growth objectives. This approach is anticipated to sustain the upward trajectory in sales and solidify APT’s commitment to retail support.
Brad Bennetts, who leads sales and business development for APT & Travelmarvel, emphasised the importance of these promotions by stating, ‘Robin and Becky’s advancements symbolize their dedication and the outstanding results achieved.’ Bennetts highlighted that as the company expands its product range and strengthens trade partnerships, the expertise of Griffiths and Baumbach will be crucial in advancing APT’s brand initiatives.
