Regent Seven Seas Cruises, partnering with Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), has launched an exclusive collection of pre-cruise programmes known as the Concierge Collection. This new venture represents the next phase in their ongoing collaboration, offering luxury travellers the opportunity to extend their cruise experiences with multi-day land excursions.
The Concierge Collection, set to commence in 2025, features three-night pre-cruise stays available on twelve sailings, spanning five ships. The selected properties are nestled in six captivating European cities, including London, Amsterdam, Rome, Venice, Istanbul, and Athens. Highlighted experiences comprise relaxing at London’s Hotel Café Royal or indulging in the serene ambiance of the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso in Athens.
As per Caroline Smith, Managing Director International for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the partnership with GHA has been met with notable enthusiasm. She expressed delight in marking the one-year anniversary of this alliance, emphasising the commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury both onshore and onboard. Smith stated, “Marking the one-year anniversary of the partnership, this announcement exemplifies our commitment to providing the highest standards of luxury whether on land or at sea.”
Jelena Kezika, GHA’s Senior Director Strategy, articulated the strategic advantages of aligning with Regent back in 2023, calling it “a great step” for diversifying their loyalty programme. Kezika mentioned the value of rewarding cruisers with their exclusive rewards currency, D$ and elite status through the GHA Discovery programme. She added, “We are delighted to continue building on this partnership and, through the land programme, welcome luxury travellers to some of the best hotels in the world in six European cities in 2025 – all in the GHA portfolio.”
The announcement of this programme arrives shortly after Regent’s unveiling of the Seven Seas Prestige, the forerunner of a new class of ships expected to debut in 2026. This represents a continued trend of innovation and luxurious enhancements within the cruise industry, affirming Regent’s dedication to creating refined travel experiences.
The collaboration between Regent and GHA signifies a remarkable milestone in elevating luxury travel experiences.
