Riviera Travel has announced an expansion of its 2025 ocean cruise programme, adding new itineraries to exciting destinations in both the Mediterranean and Arctic regions. The programme now includes three new options that seek to attract a range of travellers with diverse interests.
The first new offering is an 11-day Dalmatian Islands Yacht Cruise on the MS Mendula, which will navigate the picturesque landscapes of Croatia and Montenegro. This cruise starts in Dubrovnik and includes visits to the islands of Vis and Hvar in Croatia, as well as stops in Kotor, Budva, and Perast in Montenegro. It is attractively priced, starting at £2,799 for departures scheduled between May and September 2025.
Additionally, Riviera Travel introduces the Greece and Adriatic itinerary onboard the Celestyal Journey. This journey, accessible to travellers in April and May 2025, includes fascinating calls at Kefalonia, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Budva, and the charming Italian town of Alberobello. Prices for this itinerary begin at £2,499, providing a Mediterranean experience fused with cultural exploration.
Notably, the programme also features an adventurous Arctic and Spitsbergen cruise scheduled for June 2025, sailing aboard the MV Ocean Albatros. This cruise will travel around the Svalbard archipelago, known for its stunning arctic scenery, and will include a call at Oslo, Norway. Adventurers can indulge in this unique experience with prices starting at £6,699, reflecting its exclusive and captivating nature.
Will Sarson, the head of product cruise and long haul at Riviera Travel, highlighted the enriching potential of these expansions, stating, ‘Our ocean 2025 programme is shaping up to be our most comprehensive yet, with a wide range of cruises taking guests to firm favourites and lesser-known gems.’ His remarks indicate a strategic expansion aimed at diversifying travel experiences and appealing to a broader clientele.
Riviera Travel’s 2025 programme offers diverse cruising experiences, inviting exploration of both beloved destinations and hidden treasures.
