Taking effect from September 1, this role marks a significant advancement for Hills, who has been an essential part of the company since 2021 as a key account manager.
In her new capacity, Claire Hills will be responsible for the direct supervision of five key account managers, streamlining the company’s strategies to foster robust partnerships and enhance trade relations. Her reporting line will be directly to Vicky Billing, the head of trade and partnerships, ensuring that the company’s vision and strategies are consistently implemented.
The continuity in management is highlighted by Amanda Docherty, who remains the national sales manager for homeworkers, also reporting to Vicky Billing. This structured hierarchy is part of Riviera Travel’s broader strategy to ensure seamless operations and dynamic growth across various segments.
Vicky Billing has expressed strong confidence in Hills, citing her instrumental role in trade delivery and her substantial 20 years of field-sales experience as pivotal to the company’s future successes.
