Leeds-based Clarion has reported a remarkable financial performance for the 2022/2023 fiscal year, with a turnover exceeding £30 million, reflecting a 15% year-on-year growth. This marks the ninth consecutive year of double-digit growth for the firm, achieving an impressive 112% increase over the past five years.
Recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing law firms, Clarion’s corporate practice boasted a substantial 23% growth. This expansion was driven by heightened liquidity and increased international and national investments. Noteworthy transactions included acquisitions by prominent entities such as Expert Distribution and Autajon Group, highlighting the firm’s robust capabilities in deal-making.
The real estate sector also demonstrated strength, with a growth rate of 21%, propelled by significant regional developments. Clarion’s private wealth sector flourished with a 24% increase, underlining its status as one of Yorkshire’s largest private client teams, notably ranked for Court of Protection work by Chambers.
Clarion has strategically enhanced its national portfolio, partnering with distinguished brands like Persimmon Homes Limited and ASICS UK Limited. Internationally, the firm has doubled its operations, now facilitating clients in 75 countries, including markets such as Australia, France, and Germany.
