Amber Deas, based in Stillington near York, now enhances the firm’s residential property team, operating across its York and Hull offices.
Initially embarking on her professional journey within the fields of personnel and training, Amber Deas later transitioned to property, taking on the role of a sales progressor with Hunters Estate Agents in 2019. Her career path then led her to secure a position as a legal secretary at Cowling Swift & Kitchen in York, where she developed foundational legal skills.
As Amber’s career trajectory further developed, she advanced to the role of a conveyancer, where she adeptly managed various property-related matters. Her expertise encompassed sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages, alongside handling both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. This accumulation of diverse experience prepared her for her current responsibilities at Rollits.
At her new position in Rollits’ York office, Amber collaborates with property colleagues to manage residential sales and purchases, while also providing integral support to the wider property team.
