Innovate Finance has revealed a strategic initiative termed ‘Pitch360: Across the UK’, designed to enhance visibility and investment in fintech startups situated outside the capital city of London. Over the forthcoming year, this scheme will feature a series of regional pitch events encompassing the North, South West, Midlands, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. These events are intended to spotlight innovative financial solutions being developed by entrepreneurs from these regions.
Each event will provide a platform for entrepreneurs to present their groundbreaking business propositions to an audience and a panel comprised of distinguished industry judges. The central aim of this initiative is to illustrate how these innovations can significantly accelerate growth and transform financial services for the betterment of the industry.
CEO of Innovate Finance, Janine Hirt, emphasised the UK’s leading role in global fintech investment, noting that most funding traditionally flows to companies based in London.
