Russia's Ural Airlines selects airRM as revenue management system

Revenue Management Systems, a Mercator Company (RMS), has been selected by Russia-based Ural Airlines to provide revenue management, inventory control and reporting tools, the company said.

Leveraging the capabilities of airRM, the airline will be able to identify sales opportunities, maximize passenger revenues and closely control pricing, while measuring revenue growth and performance. airRM increases airlines´ revenues with approaches to managing inventory and pricing. More than 75 of the world´s airlines deploy RMS´s airRM.

Ural Airlines is based in Yekaterinburg, Russia, operating scheduled and chartered domestic and international flights out of Koltsovo International Airport.

Revenue Management Systems has developed airline revenue management systems in cooperation with operating airlines.

Mercator is a provider of software platforms and product-led solutions to the global travel, transportation and logistics industry.

MESUIT runs Android OS on Apple iPhone

Jeppesen, Mooney International to deliver digital charts, data with new aircraft purchase

Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, and Mooney International have teamed to provide Jeppesen NavData and digital charts as part of the purchase process of new Mooney aircraft, through a new service agreement, the companies said.

Delivery of new Mooney aircraft includes pre-selected Jeppesen digital flight information on board and ready for use in flight. In addition to Jeppesen navigation data, Mooney aircraft, equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics, will receive a PilotPak data bundle that also includes supplemental databases, including obstacle, terrain, SafeTaxi and airport diagrams.

Jeppesen delivers information and optimization solutions to improve the efficiency of air operations.

Mooney has manufactured and delivered more than 11,000 aircraft worldwide, and manufactures the new M20V Acclaim Ultra and M20U Ovation Ultra.
