Kispert has served as a member of the board for the previous six years, and with a unanimous decision, will now assume the role of lead independent director.
Kispert is a veteran executive with more than 25 years of management experience across high technology companies, including Spansion, KLA-Tencor and IBM. Most recently, Kispert was the CEO and president of Spansion, where he led the company´s highly successful turnaround out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy into a profitable, growing company, which paved the way for a merger with Cypress Semiconductor earlier this year that delivered triple-digit shareholder returns.

International Truck said it plans to offer over-the-air (OTA) reprogramming of engine control modules (ECM) for InternationalÂ® trucks powered by its N9, N10 and N13 proprietary engines.
The company has completed its initial testing in its International Truck test fleets and will finalize testing in customer fleets this fall. The official launch of two-way connected vehicle technology in new International models will come early next year.

CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) said it was awarded a contract by the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to provide managed IP-based voice service for the agency´s more than 400 statewide locations.
Using a hybrid IT approach that leverages technology already owned by HHSC alongside new CenturyLink services, CenturyLink will provide ongoing management of the agency´s existing phone infrastructure, which includes some IP-based phone systems and some legacy analog phone systems.
