Eurowings has announced it began operating six weekly flights from Düsseldorf to New York´s Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), assuming responsibility of the connection from Lufthansa, the company said.
The flights to DUS, operated by an Airbus A330, take off from New York´s Newark Liberty International Airport every day, except Tuesday.
Eurowings customers arriving in Düsseldorf benefit from a codeshare agreement with Lufthansa that makes fast and convenient transfers possible to destinations in the network of the parent company. Furthermore, Eurowings also offers codeshares with United Airlines, thus expanding its reach even more.
Eurowings is a German low-cost airline headquartered in Düsseldorf and a fully owned subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group.
