China Eastern Airlines implements Avaya digital solutions

Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE: AVYA) has announced that China Eastern Airlines has rolled out a complete Avaya unified communication and collaboration solution to support its corporate headquarters and disperse operational locations, the company said.

As one of the first Chinese companies with business communications fully based on an IP architecture, China Eastern Airlines has dramatically reduced costs, increased efficiency, and built a solid, flexible communications foundation for the future.

Headquartered in Shanghai with branch offices all over the world, the airline is one of China´s largest major aviation companies with a fleet of over 600 passenger and cargo aircraft and serving more than 100 million passengers globally.
