Cox Enterprises has named John Hatfield Vice President of Aviation to succeed Barry Campbell who reties after 34 years of service, the company said.
In this role, Hatfield will be responsible for managing and directing Cox´s flight operations department. He will oversee government aviation regulations, policies and procedures, as well as training and safety programs. Hatfield will also supervise the department financials, facilities and aircraft.
Before joining Cox, Hatfield spent several years in business aviation, most recently as the owner and operating principle of Contrail Holdings, based in Kenner, Louisiana. He has led flight operations for Monsanto Company, DOW Corning Corporation and Flightworks Inc.
