Accuver, a provider of next generation wireless test and measurement solutions, has announced that it has supplied its XCAL-M software for field-testing on the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) frequency band as well as its XCAP-M tool for data analysis, to an emerging US service provider that has adopted CBRS for an accelerated wireless market penetration, the company said.
Both XCAL-M and XCAP-M for CBRS were developed with the vast potentials of an evolving CBRS ecosystem in mind — from the concept of a private LTE network to future 5G networks on the CBRS band.
XCAL-M and XCAP-M for CBRS provides the complete set of features covering KPIs in layer-1, 2 and 3 as in the general XCAL-M and XCAP products. In the future, Accuver plans to enhance and integrate other CBRS-capable chipsets as they become commercially available.
