Avolon prices USD 500m senior unsecured notes offering



Avolon Holdings Limited, the international aircraft leasing company, has announced the pricing of a private offering (the “Offering”) by its wholly owned subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Funding Limited, of USD 500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2023 (the “2023 Notes”), at par, the company said.

The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Avolon and by certain of its subsidiaries. The Offering is expected to close on or about 12 March, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

Avolon intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness.

Avolon is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Bohai Capital Holding Co., Ltd., a public company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SLE: 000415).
