ColoCrossing has announced that it has completed a robust update of its network monitoring system that now allows both customers and ColoCrossing technicians to monitor the health and availability of any device easily and directly through its integrated portal system, the company said.
In the event of an issue with any part of the network and hardware, an alert is now automatically created for both technicians and clients, notifying them that action needs to be taken. This notification is designed to aid in ensuring that no aspect of the network experiences downtime for any reason.
