Granite Telecommunications, LLC, a provider of communications solutions to commercial businesses and governmental entities, has announced the General Services Administration awarded Granite a spot on its Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (“EIS”) contract, the company said.
The contract allows Granite to propose solutions as a prime contractor on aspects of federal agency information technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure for up to USD 50 billion of services performed for up to fifteen years.
The EIS contract vehicle offers consolidated, next generation telecommunications and IP solutions, replacing GSA´s Networx, Regional Local Telecommunications and WITSâ3 contracts. As an EIS prime contract holder, Granite is authorized to compete for business from individual agencies including for voice services, virtual private network services, managed network and Ethernet services among others. Granite has long provided those voice and data services to various federal, state and governmental agencies, providing a single point of contact for voice and data needs, creating efficiency and saving costs.
