Stream names new chairman

Direct selling company Stream chairman Rob Snyder has stepped down after 13 years as chairman, the company said.

Stream´s board of directors has named current board member Mark “Bouncer” Schiro to succeed Snyder as non-executive chairman.

Snyder, who together with Pierre Koshakji co-founded Stream during 2004, will remain a non-executive board member as part of this planned transition as well as its largest equity holder.

Stream (Stream Energy) is a Dallas-based energy, connected life services and direct selling company. Founded in 2005, the company´s innovative deployment of direct selling revolutionized the energy industry, generating more than USD7 billion in total revenue in just ten years and transforming it into one of the largest direct selling companies in the global energy market.
