AT&T contracted by US Department of Labor as primary mobility provider

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has been awarded a five-year contract by the US Department of Labor´s wage and hour division to serve as its primary mobility provider, the company said.

The company will deliver a broad range of mobility devices and services to the wage and hour division´s employees nationwide. This includes smartphones, enhanced push-to-talk, tethering, and voice and data services delivered across the AT&T 4G LTE network.

AT&T Inc. provides entertainment, mobile, high speed internet and voice services, and is a provider of pay TV to customers in the US and 11 Latin American countries.
