Moog board elects officers

Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A) (NYSE: MOG.B) said its board of directors has elected Maureen M. Athoe, R. Eric Burghardt and Mark J. Trabert as Vice Presidents of the Corporation, effective August 11, 2015.

Athoe is currently President of the Space and Defense Group. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College and is a certified public accountant.

Burghardt and Trabert are currently both Presidents of Moog´s Aircraft Group.

Burghardt holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Canisius College and is a certified public accountant. Burghardt previously served as the Aircraft Group Financial director, with responsibility for acquisition due diligence and contract negotiations for major aircraft programs. Prior to joining Moog in 1989, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG, providing auditing and consulting services. He was appointed a Group Vice President in 2007.

Trabert has a B.S. and an MBA in Finance from Canisius College and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Trabert joined Moog in 1984 and has held various Aircraft Group positions including Program Manager, director of Sales and Marketing, Program director for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, Global Support Aftermarket Manager and Deputy General Manager. Since 2012, he has had overall responsibility for the integration of the Aircraft business units and the expansion of the global supply chain. He was appointed a Group Vice President in 2007.
