Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE) said its total revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 was USD118.2m, an increase of 22 percent from the comparable period in fiscal 2013.
Total license revenue, including term and perpetual licenses, for the quarter was USD65.9m, an increase of 34 percent. Term license revenue was USD59.3m, a 32 percent increase. Revenue from perpetual licenses was USD6.6m compared with USD4.2m a year ago. Maintenance revenue was USD11.9m, up 21 percent, and services revenue was USD40.4m, an increase of 6 percent.
Total revenue for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2014 was USD350.2m, an increase of 17 percent from fiscal 2013.
Total license revenue, including term and perpetual licenses for fiscal year 2014 was USD151.9m, an increase of 23 percent. Term license revenue was USD139.9m, a 24 percent increase. Revenue from perpetual licenses was USD12.0m compared with USD10.7m a year ago. Maintenance revenue was USD41.9m, up 12 percent, and services revenue was USD156.4m, up 12 percent.
In fiscal 2014, 58 percent of total revenue was in the United States, and 42 percent was generated outside the United States compared to 57 percent in the United States and 43 percent outside of the United States in fiscal 2013.
