QAD Inc. (NASDAQ: QADA) (NASDAQ: QADB) said its total second quarter 2015 revenue grew 12 percent to a record of USD73.1m for the fiscal 2015 second quarter, up from USD65.2m for the same period in fiscal 2014.
License revenue increased to USD9.0m for the second quarter of fiscal 2015, up from USD8.6m for the same quarter last year. Subscription revenue grew to USD6.4m, up from USD4.5m for last year´s fiscal second quarter, driven by continued growth of QAD Enterprise Cloud sales. Maintenance and other revenue rose to USD36.1m, up from USD34.3m for last year´s fiscal second quarter. Professional services revenue increased to USD21.5m, up from USD17.9m for the second quarter of fiscal 2014.
Net income for the fiscal 2015 second quarter was USD985,000, or USD0.06 per diluted class A share and USD0.05 per diluted class B share, compared with USD1.3m, or USD0.08 per diluted class A share and USD0.07 per diluted class B share, last year.
