Harris increases dividend by 12% to USD0.47

The board of directors of Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) said it has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 12 percent from USD0.42 per share to USD0.47 per share.

The dividend will be payable Sept. 23, 2014 to shareholders of record Sept. 9, 2014. The annualized cash dividend will increase from USD1.68 per share to USD1.88 per share. This action represents the company´s 13th consecutive annual dividend increase.
