NYSE accepts Iteris plan to regain compliance

Iteris, Inc. (NYSE: ITI) said that the NYSE has accepted the company´s plan of compliance and granted an extension until October 15, 2014 to regain compliance.

On July 17, 2014, Iteris received a letter from the NYSE LLC indicating that the company was not in compliance with the Exchange due to its inability to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2014 with the SEC by the requisite deadline.

The company was afforded the opportunity to submit a plan of compliance to the Exchange, which was completed on July 21, 2014 and accepted on August 8, 2014. Iteris will be subject to periodic reviews by the Exchange staff during the extension period. Failure to make progress consistent with the plan or to regain compliance with the continued listing standards by the end of the extension period could result in the company being delisted from the NYSE LLC.
