TigerLogic net revenue down for FY 2014

TigerLogic Corp. (NASDAQ: TIGR) said net revenue from continuing operations for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014 was USD1.2m and for the full fiscal year 2014 was USD5.5m, as compared to USD1.0m and USD3.8m for the same respective periods in the prior fiscal year.

Net loss from continuing operations for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2014 was USD2.5m as compared to a net loss of USD2.0m for the same period in the prior fiscal year. Net loss from continuing operations for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 was USD7.3m as compared to a net loss of USD6.3m for the prior fiscal year. The higher net loss from continuing operations for fiscal year 2014 was primarily due to a one-time charge of USD1.0m related to a revenue sharing agreement with a former consultant, the company said.
