CPI Aerostructures names new board member

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (NYSE: CVU) said thatTerry Stinson was elected to its board of directors. Stinson will serve a three-year term.

Stinson is currently a director of Lennox International Inc., company engaged in the design and manufacture of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration products.

CPI Aero is a US manufacturer of structural assemblies for fixed wing aircraft, helicopters and airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) pod systems in both the commercial aerospace and national security markets.
