Prime Fraction Club, the first Brazilian club for sharing luxury goods such as planes, helicopters, boats and sports cars, said it received its latest aircraft on June 4, the Phenom 300, an executive jet made by Embraer.
The investment for the purchase of this asset was RUSD25m.
The Phenom 300 delivered to Prime, which seats eight people, is the 500th aircraft of the Phenom family delivered by Embraer, making it a milestone for the aviation company. One of the shareholders of the yacht delivered to Prime is BRF, a Brazilian conglomerate in the food products industry.
Founded in January of 2010, the Prime Fraction Club operates in the segment for shared ownership of planes, helicopters, boats and sports cars. By this arrangement, a single asset is purchased in fractions by several owners, and used by each one of them at different times. The company also has a management program for those who wish to professionalize the administration of their asset so as to reduce costs. The company has 11 shared assets, whose value is estimated at about RUSD117m.
